Thank you for your prayers and concern for Isaac and the surgery on his eyes. He is recovering well. It was not fun helping him come out of his sleep afterwards.

I love the Lord and have a great friendship with him. That's why my job is so wonderful for me. Since 1995 my wife and I have been living and working in Western Uganda. My local name called an impako is Amooti. I am living my dreams. My wife Cheryl is such a treasure. We have been through so much together and we are continuing to grow in our love for each other. I have four of the greatest kids in the world. (Kinley, Alex, Isaac and Silas) I get to live in Uganda and share the love of Jesus with people everyday. Some of my closest friends are Ugandan. I have been blessed by the Lord is so many ways. Life is never boring and I enjoy the adventure that is available here in Africa.

Praise God, I know that he will continue to recover. I know from experience that it is very hard to let your child undergo surgery and then to have to try and help them understand all the after effects. Fortunately, God allows little children to recover quickly.
